Cytus slashes rates by 20%. |

Cytus Communications, a telecommunications applications service provider based in Fremont, California,
today slashed retail rates by an across-the-board 20% on all its calling plans.

The new lower rates were unveiled as part of Cytus's aggressive Fall promotion. The rates apply to both domestic
and international rates, and include service with origination from outside the U.S. using Cytus's web-based
worldwide call launch feature.
