Cytus Communications, a telecommunications retailer and applications service provider based in San Francisco, California,
today opened its second contact center outside the U.S., in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This is Cytus's second international call center, following the opening earlier this year of its first international call center in Bangalore, India. "The new call center allows us to expand the language portfolio of our contact center service to include Spanish, Chinese and Russian," said Vic Chari, President, Cytus Communications. The new call center will initially primarily handle Spanish callers, and will expand to include Chinese and Russian callers.
