Cytus's routing department operates on a 24/7/365 basis (366 in a leap-year). As a facilities-
based carrier with our own switches and network, Cytus has access to multiple routes to any given
destination in the world, with over a dozen routing options to important destinations. Our routing
department constantly monitors network and traffic quality and manages our routes to provide our
customers with the best possible experience.
Cytus's network operations center (NOC) also operates 24/7/365. The NOC is responsible for
maintaining our 99.999% network and switching system uptime. Both the routing and the network
operations departments are manned by trained and dedicated staff whose only goal is to provide
