When you sign up for our virtual phone card (also known as a virtual calling card) , we will issue
toll-free access numbers to you. You may call the toll-free
number from your registered phones without having to dial a PIN. Alternatively, if you are not at
your registered phone number, you can enter a PIN and use our service.
To make a call, you should dial the toll-free access number and then
dial your destination number. Since you access our service through a toll-free number, you
can use your account from any touch-tone phone, including your home, work and cell phones.
Once you sign up for the service, you can login to our web site and customize the service to
suit your needs using our enhanced service features. |

What type of satisfaction guaranty do you provide? |

If you are ever dissatisfied with the service, we will gladly cancel your

Our computers automatically detect incomplete calls, busy signals, etc. Therefore,
you will not have to worry about being charged for an incomplete call. If you have
